13. Issuance of license to pesticide spraying businessmen

(1) If any person, institution or agency applies for a license to the committee in accordance with Rule 11 for spraying pesticides commercially, the committee shall issue the license after conducting the necessary examination and considering the criteria determined in relation to the use of pesticides. If deemed appropriate, the committee may grant a license to a pesticide spraying businessperson in the prescribed format.

(2) A pesticide spraying businessperson shall comply with the terms and conditions mentioned in the license.
